After 25 years as a Class B operator wants to train me to become a real estate expert. I know that the training is about. 6 months, but how long can I expect to wait before starting to earn money?

I only saw a job advertisement last week in Los Angeles. They were really paying for the school and the wages paid while the person investigated.
As an expert, you are dependent on people who purchase / sale of houses (well, almost). You can contact people who know that they are buying and selling real estate, such as brokers and mortgage agents.
Once you have your license, have printed cards. Specifies the local offices and will be inserted. Leave three or four cards in each office. It may take some people to go eat.
Remember, if you sell your skills of these people. If it is necessary for an appraiser, they will call us. Do not forget to network, network. How long will you make money (as much) is really for you.
It is the region where you live, how the market up. I live in the rural south and the evaluators are in high demand. If you do not sell on a loan center, they put their own expert, unless you ask (and sometimes demand) with itself. I'm sure there are other facilities including yourself ... ... Sell
