Is It Safe To Drink Verbena Tea While Pregnant Is It Safe To Drink Tazo Zen Green Tea While Pregnant?

Is it safe to drink Tazo Zen Green Tea while pregnant? - is it safe to drink verbena tea while pregnant

The ingredients read "box of green tea, lemon verbena, mint, lemon grass and other natural flavors."

I know that pregnant women should not drink tea from plants in large quantities, but I'm not sure how tea contains herbs. Besides, how many cups are very much - more than a day? Does anyone have a clearer picture of the tea or teas that are blended with herbs?

Thank you.

Tea. Bush has the tea leaves.
Tea contains Caffine and why pregnant women should not drink Caffine Coz can affect the baby.

Green tea is no different than the actual Caffine and coffee.

This is the website:

Most people are quick to agree that pregnant women should cut caffeine from their diet. But current research has shown that moderate caffeine consumption does not harm a developing fetus. The consumption amounts to about 3 cups of coffee per day (300-400mg of caffeine).

You should read the whole article is well informed.
